Ruben Teixeira serves as the Metro South Regional Director at New England Force, where he oversees the region’s programs and player development pathways within the club’s structure. He has extensive experience coaching at the club, high school, and collegiate levels, and has played a pivotal role in developing players who have advanced to both collegiate and professional opportunities.
Ruben is also the Head Boys Soccer Coach at Whitman-Hanson Regional High School, where he continues to mentor and develop young athletes. Additionally, he serves as an Associate Staff Instructor with United Soccer Coaches, helping educate and mentor other coaches in the field.
He holds a USSF National D License, the USC Premier Diploma, and the USC Director of Coaching Diploma, reflecting his strong commitment to coach education and professional development. Ruben is widely recognized in the U.S. soccer community for his expertise in player development, coach mentorship, and building successful programs at multiple levels of the game.
