A Whitman, Massachusetts native, Mike Auld has dedicated his life to the game of soccer as a player, coach, and club leader. A former captain of the Whitman-Hanson Regional High School boys soccer team, Mike went on to play four years of NCAA Division II soccer at Cedarville University, where he helped lead the program to two Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC) Championships and multiple NCAA Tournament appearances.
Mike brings extensive coaching and player development experience from clubs and programs across Ohio, Nebraska, and Massachusetts. Throughout his coaching career, he has worked with players of all ages and levels, focusing on long-term development, technical excellence, and creating environments that challenge players to reach their full potential.
In addition to his role with New England Force, Mike is the founder and owner of Mamba Futsal Club, one of the region’s premier futsal development programs. He holds a US Youth Futsal Level 2 License and a United Futsal coaching certification and is currently pursuing his US Soccer C License.
Mike’s passion for player development, commitment to high standards, and dedication to building meaningful opportunities for young athletes continue to drive his vision for the growth of soccer on the South Shore and beyond.

James Callahan, U15 & Older

James Callahan grew up in Weymouth, Massachusetts, where his passion for soccer began at a young age. A proud graduate of Weymouth High School, James continued his playing career at Lasell College, competing at the collegiate level and further developing his understanding of the game.
James began coaching at just 16 years old, working camps in Weymouth and quickly discovering his passion for player development. He transitioned from camp coaching into directing a U5 Kickers Academy program before moving into town travel coaching. His commitment and leadership led him back to Weymouth High School, where he spent over a decade serving in multiple roles, including Freshman Head Coach, JV Head Coach, and Varsity Assistant Coach.
At the club level, James has built an impressive resume. His teams have captured multiple regional championships and a US Club Soccer National Championship title. Throughout his career, he has helped guide dozens of players toward achieving their goals of competing at all levels of collegiate soccer.
Currently, James serves as the High School Director and U23 Director for New England Force. He holds a U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) D License and is currently pursuing his C License. In addition, he holds coaching licenses through Mass Youth Soccer and United Soccer Coaches (formerly NSCAA).
