Chris grew up playing soccer in the UK, competing in both soccer and futsal at the university level. His coaching journey began at just 16 years old, working with youth teams and leading skills training sessions and camps throughout the UK.
After moving to the United States in 2012, Chris has coached across a wide range of environments, including recreational, club, and high school programs. His broad experience on both sides of the Atlantic has helped shape a well-rounded coaching philosophy focused on player development and long-term growth.
Chris preliminarily holds a US Soccer B License and has earned a degree in Soccer Coaching. He also holds additional coaching qualifications through MBP School of Coaches, APFC, and United Soccer Coaches.

James Callahan, U15 & Older

James Callahan grew up in Weymouth, Massachusetts, where his passion for soccer began at a young age. A proud graduate of Weymouth High School, James continued his playing career at Lasell College, competing at the collegiate level and further developing his understanding of the game.
James began coaching at just 16 years old, working camps in Weymouth and quickly discovering his passion for player development. He transitioned from camp coaching into directing a U5 Kickers Academy program before moving into town travel coaching. His commitment and leadership led him back to Weymouth High School, where he spent over a decade serving in multiple roles, including Freshman Head Coach, JV Head Coach, and Varsity Assistant Coach.
At the club level, James has built an impressive resume. His teams have captured multiple regional championships and a US Club Soccer National Championship title. Throughout his career, he has helped guide dozens of players toward achieving their goals of competing at all levels of collegiate soccer.
Currently, James serves as the High School Director and U23 Director for New England Force. He holds a U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) D License and is currently pursuing his C License. In addition, he holds coaching licenses through Mass Youth Soccer and United Soccer Coaches (formerly NSCAA).
