
Matt Jones is a USSF C Licensed Coach and a Premier Diploma holder from United Soccer Coaches with more than a decade of collegiate coaching experience at the NCAA Division I and II levels. Throughout his career, he has served as both a Head Coach and Assistant Coach, contributing to multiple Women’s NCAA Final Four appearances and consistently operating within high-performance environments.
In addition to his collegiate experience, Matt has played a significant role in the development of elite club programs in both New York and Massachusetts. Most recently, he was part of the NEFC Girls Academy program, where his U19 team finished as a National Finalist in 2025. His work has centered on comprehensive player development and long-term pathway planning for aspiring collegiate and professional athletes. Matt is also the current Head Coach for Scituate Girl's Varsity Soccer.
Matt has advised and supported numerous student-athletes who have progressed to every level of college soccer, including Division I programs, and has contributed to the development of U.S. Youth National Team players and professionals. As a player, he was inducted into both the College of Saint Rose and Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Athletic Halls of Fame, recognizing his achievements and impact on their athletic programs.
